Cronofy alternative with a unified calendar API

Cronofy is built around scheduling. Apiroc is a general-purpose unified calendar API for Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook and Apple iCloud Calendar. It gives you the raw calendar capabilities, real-time webhooks, a free plan and transparent pricing, so you can build the product you want.

Cronofy alternative

What does Apiroc offer as a Cronofy alternative?

Google Calendar, Outlook and iCloud Calendar have different APIs, different data models and different surprises. Apiroc gives you one unified calendar API so you can focus building your product, not dealing with calendar apis.

Multi-provider

Out-of-the-box support for Outlook, Google Calendar and iCloud Calendar

Apiroc lets you integrate Google Calendar, Outlook and iCloud Calendar with a single integration. You do not need to implement each provider separately, learn each API or deal with provider-specific edge cases. iCloud works without any OAuth setup.

Reliability

Tested at scale

Apiroc runs on infrastructure that has processed billions of calendar API calls across Google, Microsoft and Apple. Retries, rate limit handling and failover are built in, so you are not the one debugging a provider outage at 2 AM.

Webhooks

Webhook notifications

Registering and managing webhooks across providers is a lot of work. With Apiroc you create one subscription per calendar and receive signed notifications when events change in Google Calendar or Outlook. The same payload format for every provider. Webhooks for iCloud Calendar are planned.

Pricing

Pricing that makes sense

Unified calendar APIs are often priced for large enterprises only. Apiroc has a free plan with 10 End User Accounts, a Pro plan at $25 per month with 50 accounts included and $0.50 per additional account, and custom Enterprise plans. You can see every price on our pricing page.

Flexibility

Not just for scheduling

Scheduling is the most common use of a calendar API, but it is not the only one. Apiroc exposes generic calendar resources, so you can build a calendar client, a task app, a CRM integration or anything else that needs to read and write calendar data.
